Changed your mind after purchasing Basic or Standard? No problem! Please contact us before upgrading, and we’ll check whether an upgrade is still possible. Get in touch as soon as you can, as upgrades are only available before work begins on your design.

Where an upgrade is agreed, provide both your original and upgrade order numbers. If you’ve already submitted your form, you can email any additional instructions instead of completing it again
