Do I have to choose a style that matches my business or event?

No! Our gallery examples are there for inspiration. If you like a style, you can choose it regardless of the business or event shown. We’ll adapt it using your wording and information to create a design that suits you.

Do I receive multiple designs to use if I purchase the Standard or Premium package?

Each package includes one final design to use, supplied in the formats included with your package.

Standard includes two design options and Premium includes three for you to choose from. These are alternative ideas, with one chosen for finalisation.

If you provide a detailed brief specifying exactly how you want your design to look, we create one design based on those instructions, rather than producing alternative options. Your package’s included amendments still apply, so you can request changes to refine your design.

What if I don't know what design I want?
No problem! You don't need to have a design in mind to get started.

Explore our Style Gallery for inspiration, where you'll find plenty of creative ideas and designs to choose from. Remember, any style can be adapted to suit your business, event or occasion.

Alternatively, simply tell us a little about what you're looking for, your preferred colours or the message you'd like to convey, and we'll help bring your ideas to life.

We’ll create two initial design options with Standard or three with Premium, based on your information and preferences. You then choose one design for your included amendments and final formatting.

When can I expect to receive my design to review?
We aim to deliver your design within 2 days, depending on your requirements. Some designs may be completed within 24hrs, while more detailed requests may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated on your design’s progress every step of the way.

Can I Change Something in my design? 
Absolutely! We want you to feel confident and happy with your design, so we offer the opportunity to request changes based on the package you’ve purchased.

Your package includes the following number of design changes:

 ● Basic Package: 1 design change

● Standard Package: 2 design changes

● Premium Package: 3 design changes

To help us get your design just right, we recommend providing as much detail as possible when submitting your initial requirements. The more information you share about your vision, preferences, and expectations, the better we can tailor your design to suit your needs from the start.

If you do need a change, simply let us know clearly what you’d like adjusted, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life within the revision allowance included in your package.

Where can I find the style number after opening an image?
When you open an image, its style number may disappear. You can still find it in the top-right corner of the image or top left corner counter - For example, 29/50 means you’re viewing Style 29, out of 50 images.

Can I email you my details?
Certainly! Once you’ve purchased your package, you can email us your order number and design details, along with your chosen style number or any inspiration images you like.

Can I upgrade my package? 
Absolutely! We want you to get the most out of your design experience, and upgrading your package may be possible.

You can upgrade your package at any time before submitting your essential information by visiting Upgrades

Already submitted your information? No problem! You’re welcome to check with us to see whether your design has been started. If work hasn’t begun, you can still upgrade your package. However, once we’ve started working on your design, we’re unfortunately unable to offer an upgrade.

We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to upgrade and enjoy the benefits of your preferred package! 

Do I need to provide a photo of myself?
No, it’s entirely up to you! We can create a fictional person for your design, complete with branded clothing if you’d like. Or you can choose a poster with just images and text, without any people.

What print options come with Premium?
Our Premium package includes high-resolution 4K artwork, supplied in two print-ready formats: 

Premium includes your finished design in accurately sized A4 and A5 formats, prepared at 300 DPI and supplied as PDF and high-quality JPEG files. Ideal for posters, flyers, noticeboards and local promotions.

We supply the digital artwork; physical printing is not included. If your printer requires bleed, crop marks or a particular file format, please share their requirements before we finalise your design.

What does 300 DPI mean?
300 DPI is a commonly used resolution for high-quality printing. We prepare your print files with 300 pixels per inch at the supplied A4 and A5 sizes.

The final result also depends on the quality of any images or logos supplied, the paper and the printer used.

Which social media formats are included?
The Basic package includes one image formatted for your preferred social media platform, and the Standard package includes two. The Premium package includes three images: one each for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
