Shipping policy

Digital Delivery Policy 

ThinkBIGDesigns supplies digital artwork. No physical products are shipped, and no postal shipping charges apply to our design packages. 

When work begins 

We begin processing your design once payment and all essential information have been received, subject to any agreement required to start work during an applicable cancellation period. 

Please complete the Vision Content Form and include your order number. 

Initial design review 

We aim to send your initial design for review within two days of receiving payment and all essential information. More detailed requests may take longer, and we’ll keep you informed. 

This is a target for your initial proof, rather than a guaranteed deadline for completed artwork. 

Please agree any essential deadline with us before purchasing. 

Final artwork 

Your finished digital files will be delivered by email attachment once the design has been finalised. 

The formats supplied depend on your purchased package and agreed requirements. 

Amendments, missing information and delayed replies may affect the completion date. 

Delivery problems 

If you haven’t received an expected update or cannot access your files, check your spam or junk folder, then contact vision@thinkbigdesigns.co.uk with your order number.
