Printing Your Custom Poster: What You Need to Know

We want your artwork to look its best in print. Our Premium package includes A4 and A5 print-ready files at 300 DPI, prepared to fit the corresponding paper size.

We supply digital artwork only. Physical printing is not included.

Choose the Correct File and Paper Size

Use your A4 file for A4 paper (210 × 297 mm), or your A5 file for A5 paper (148 × 210 mm).

For best results, print the supplied PDF and select the matching paper size with “Actual size” or “100%” scaling. These files are already sized for their intended paper, so you should not need to stretch or crop the design.

Borderless Printing and Bleed

Some printers leave a white border because they cannot print to the edge of the paper. This is a printer limitation rather than a sizing issue with your file.

Our standard print files do not include added bleed. If your print shop requires bleed, crop marks or particular file settings, please share its requirements with us before we prepare your final files.

Colours: Screen vs Print

Screens display colours using light, while printers reproduce them using ink. Bright colours, neon tones and dark areas may therefore look different in print. Paper type, finish and printer settings also affect the result, so an exact match to your screen cannot be guaranteed.

Printing at Other Sizes

The included print files are prepared for A4 and A5. Enlarging them or printing at different proportions may affect sharpness or require layout adjustments. Please contact us before printing at another size.

Check Your Artwork Before Printing

We check every design before delivery. Please also review your final artwork carefully, including spelling, contact details, images and layout, before arranging printing. If you spot a problem, contact us before proceeding.

Printing Responsibility

Your print provider controls the printer, paper, ink and production settings. We cannot guarantee its colour matching or print finish, or accept responsibility for problems caused by its equipment, materials, settings or alterations to our supplied files.

If you believe there is a problem with a file we have supplied, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. Nothing in this guidance affects your statutory rights.
